Use Shock on optional, annoy kiters with it, use Frenzy to unleash doom.
Beware, RA is full of melee hate.

I'd prefer Agonising Chop over Disrupting Chop tbh. Other than that, it's a generic face-smashing shock axe.

Just a tip, beware of frenzy, only use it when necessary
and use rush to cancel it whenever needed

Use Frenzy constantly, canceling it with Rush whenever you take damage.

Use frenzy whenever you are hitting something and the enemys are trying to kill your monk, might be better off take a different IAS if new. Frenzy can be a little hard to get the hang of.

A Warrior not in Frenzy, is a Warrior not doing his job!
You'll have to be more careful in RA where people will randomly rush you and ignore your monk, but elsewhere? 24/7.

Disagree about 24/7 frenzy. While it's true that a warrior not using frenzy to face puch isn't doing his job it's also true that a warrior not in rush won't catch kiting targets or get where he needs to be nearly as easily. As an axe warrior you should always be in a stance, and the trick is using the one that allows you to yield the highest damage at the time.

i wasn't being literal 24/7, if you want to be literal about it you can't be in a stance 24/7 because you can't be in PvP 24/7, you have to go to an outpost sometime.
"a lot", if you want to be literal. :P
ie OP: use frenzy and rush smartly.

I like to bring a longbow as well to gain some adrenaline when the enemies dont wanna engage yet... i usually put it in the slot with my spear, and swap it out once they start coming, or im fully charged. Its range is greater then a spear, usually more then casting range, so it forces them to come at me to do anything.
Mungus's build is good for RA, but I prefer shock/rip enchant because in RA im very unlikely to get far without a monk, and I prefer to have more pressure.

Umm
PVX evis axe with conjure is alot of fun, and works in pve if you change out the frenzy+rush combo for drunken master.
Using natural healing is fun, but i use harriars haste for its dmg against runners. Nothing like bulls striking a monk for 220 dmg.
take your pick its fun to play the axe

For PvE:
Cleave (elite)
Dismember
Executioner's Strike
Whirlwind Attack
For Great Justice!
Enraging Charge
Flail
Optional
Feel free to tweak with PvE skills such as Pain Inverter, Drunken Master or Save Yourselves!, as well as adding interrupts, Body Blow, Cyclone Axe, etc.
Also you can exchange the elites around, using also Eviscerate or Triple Chop, same concept.
That's for axes. Swords aren't as kewl.

^ Body Blow is really nice if ur running with heroes. Just give them some form of cracked armor (weaken armor is great coz of aoe, sundering weapon can be good 2), and ur all good. Non Elite evis is always good. This for pve, id reckon. I wouldnt rely on body blow for ur deepwound in pvp.

W/N best axe build in pvp game?
16 axe [old school]
4 curses
XX (leftovers) strength [make sure your shield is str. based ^_^]
Disrupting Chop
Eviscerate {E}
Exe. Strike
Bull Strike
Frenzy / Flail
Rush
Plague Touch [2 conditions = butt raping]
Res Signet
If it's RA and you're unsure of monk possibilities, then probably chuck Plague touch for either Lion's comfort [ditch curses] or switch up and get 9 str and 10 Blood Magic [cringe] for Blood Renewal or some other chunky heal. [or better yet, go all str and get Lion's comfort]
This is most probably the most efficient and most dangerous axe build for W/N. If you're W/? just fill in the Plague Touch with a good heal or utility skill.
I could be wrong but is there a more efficient Axe PVP build than this cookie cutter? [everyone knows cookies are the best btw... ]

Assuming that urs is the best possible, (personally mending touch > plague touch, but im not going to argue that point), 14 axe is better then 16 axe because surviving longer means more kills... sup runes are almost never worth it, even more especially in a build without a self heal.
Other then that u posted the same build that has been posted several times in this thread alrdy.

That, and if X Monk uses Spirit Bond all he does is waste 10 energy if say the Warrior is on the target that's Spirit Bonded. That is when nothing that can deal over 60 damage is there.
